MAIN FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES OF THE EXTRUSION LINE
1) The extrusion line can produce both EVA films, POE films and also EVA+POE+EVA 3 layers co-extrusion films.
2) High capacity and speed: if produce EVA film, line speed can be up to 15-18m/min. If POE film, line speed can be 10-13m/min. If EPE film, speed can be 12-15m/min normally.
3) Five roller calendars calendaring tech can guarantee the film calibrating very well.
4) Adopt automatic T die and online thickness scanner to form a closed loop PID control.
5) Adopt tension-free or micro-tension edges cutting and slitting.
6) Cooling parts can ensure shrinkage rate less than 3%.
