2) Raw material handling system includes the raw material storage, drying, gravimetric dosing, automatic multi-stations loading system. The gravimetric dosing system for raw material handling, can realize proportionally precise mixing of several types of raw materials components.
3) Extrusion system: To suit the client’s different requirements, we can offer the screw diameter from 45mm-150mm, L/D ration from 30-35. On the other hand, we install double pillars type hydraulic screen changers, melting gear pumps and also static mixer as well for mixing the material well and maintaining average temperature.
4) Flow direction adjustable feed-block and layers changeable option to fit two or three extruders and offer best combination of thickness into multi-layers sheets.
5) Roller calendars: the arrangement of the roller calendars can be horizontal type, oblique type or angles type.
The temperature control uses the individual temperature controller, relative speed control, which offers even thickness and reduce die line. .
6) The online side trim granulator and pipeline conveying system can convey the side edges to the front extruder automatically.

8) Central winding mechanism adopts two winding shafts. It adjusts the tension during winding. Both 3’’ and 6’’ paper cores are applicable to this machine.

Features and applications of the sheets

PETG is also called low temperature PET, and it is a new environment-friendly packing material with features such as high luster, good transparency, excellent property, self-adhesion, which is used for glue bonding and high frequency processing.
APET sheet is widely used in the packaging of cosmetics, food, electronics, toys, printing and other industries, such as various high-end blister packaging, folding boxes, plastic tubes, windows, etc.
RPET is recycled PET, usually flakes type, used to produce PET sheets, widely used for the packing for food, medicine, electronics etc.
CPET is a kind of modified PET, with good resistance to high temperature, widely used for package in microwave oven.
PET stereoscopic optical sheets can be used as top grade package for cosmetics, medicine, tobacco and alcohol and common goods such as stationery, advertisements, posters and all kinds of cards etc.
